Family Based Mental Health (FBMH) provides in-home counseling and support services to youth with a mental health diagnosis and their families with the purpose of reducing out-of-home placements due to the mental health needs of the youth. Family counseling, individual counseling, education on mental illness, and crisis intervention are provided for up to eight months.
