We help achieve positive family functioning in families with youth who have demonstrated a range of delinquent and maladaptive behaviors.
Family Preservation Program (FPP)
We provide supportive counseling and case management to families who have a child at imminent risk of foster care placement.
Family Based Mental Health (FBMH)
We provide in-home counseling and support services to youth with a mental health diagnosis and their families.
Certified Peer Specialist (CPS)
We support individuals who are living with a serious emotional disturbance and/or have a mental health diagnosis in transitioning successfully to adulthood.
Statewide Adoption & Permanency Network Services (SWAN)
We provide eligible at-risk youth with appropriate resources to foster the important permanency connections needed for a successful transition into adulthood.
