The Synergy Project Street Outreach Program

Program Info

The Synergy Project is a street outreach program offering assistance to runaway, homeless, nomadic, and street youth. We offer survival supplies, such as food, clothes, hygienic products, sleeping bags, tents, tarps, and more, as well as peer support, informal counseling (individual, family, or group), information and referral services, and assistance to get off the streets, if desired.

The program’s objective is to reach out to young people in their current locations. Street outreach coordinators actively visit freight train yards, transportation stations, tent cities, and homeless camps to provide assistance to youth who are hesitant to seek shelter. Our aim is to establish safer environments that align with their comfort levels.
