Lehigh County Truancy Intervention Program

Program Info

The Lehigh County Truancy Intervention Staff works with school-identified youth that have missed ten or more days of school. Services are from one to two hours per week and may include tutoring, mentoring, and counseling for both the youth and their family. Concrete needs of the family are also addressed. The youth and his or her family may be seen in school, at home, or at other community sites. Program is provided to identified schools and supported through the United Way and other donation dollars at no fee to the family.
